Netfreez uses top of the line security measures to ensure that our customer's information is kept confidential. Our website is Thawte secured. This means that when the customer sends us his/her information, it is encrypted while in transit over the internet. It is only when this information reaches Netfreez that the information is decrypted. At no time (unless, of course, we are subpoenaed by a court of law) will the customer's information be made available to a third party.
The customer's e-mail address will only be used to send confirmation of an order or to notify the customer of any problems with the order. The customer's e-mail address will not be made available to a third party or used to send advertisements upon our behalf. This is also the case for the customer's telephone number and any other contact information.
We here at Netfreez take fraud or any attempts to commit fraud seriously. All cases of fraud or attempted fraud will be pursued, investigated, and reported to the proper authorities.
In order to protect our customers, request that customers submit proof of address or proof of identity (in some cases we will need both). We also do authorization checks with the credit card issuer for security reasons. Should there be a problem with the credit card, customers will be contacted. In order to access online accounts, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher Netscape Navigator or higher is required.
Netfreez takes all the necessary precautions in order to protect our customer's privacy. Any comments or suggestions about improving our privacy policy are readily welcomed and may be submitted to us.
