By doing business with us, the customer accepts all terms and conditions set forth by Netfreez. Terms and conditions are subject to change and it is the customer's responsibility to stay updated as to what these changes may be. Everything viewed on the Netfreez website is copyrighted information by Netfreez or its owners. Duplicating or copying any of this material without the consent of owner is considered copyright infringement and is therefore illegal.
Customers have 14 days to return or exchange for any reason. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned products must be accompanied with all accessories and parts they came with, including original packaging. This means the product must be returned in the condition that it was purchased. Before Netfreez can issue a refund or offer exchange we must first determine the condition of the returned product.
The customer has 14 days after receiving the package to return the product if it is damaged upon arrival or defective. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund (excluding the cost of shipping and handling) at the customers' choosing. Any problems that may arise with the product subsequent to the 14 day grace period allowed by Netfreez must be rectified through the manufacturer of the product.
All products are OEM (original equipment manufacturer). None of the products are used or refurbished. All products come with manufacturer's warranty.
Netfreez does not provide any warranties for any of its products. All products however do come with a manufacturer's warranty unless the product is being shipped outside of California, customers are exempt from paying tax. Products being shippedwithin California are charged an 8.75% tax rate.
All products are shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping and handling rates will automatically be calculated on the website according to weight, size, and destination. Product will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. We will ship to any location outside of the US. We also handle shipments to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
If Netfreez receives an incorrect shipping address, the customer will have to pay the shipping fees for resending the package to the correct address.
Prices in the online market for electronics are constantly fluctuating. For this reason we cannot guarantee customers a specific price for our products. The price at which the product is purchased is the final price. We will make sure that prices on our website are current but in the case that there is a discrepancy between a price on the website and the true current selling price of the product, the customer will have the option of canceling the order.
We will keep the website updated as to which products are available. If the customer wishes to order a product that is out of stock we will back-order it. If the customer purchases a product that is out of stock but our website failed to notify the customer of this, the customer will have the option of canceling the order.
We at Netfreez reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone. Customer making purchase must be 18 years of age or older.
All products are considered the property of Netfreez until it has been paid for in full. Products will not be shipped out until full payment has been received.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Google Checkout as forms of payment.
All products are priced in US dollars. If customers purchase products outside of the United States, the customer's credit card company will calculate the exchange rate.
Keep in mind that with online images, the representation of a product's color is not 100% accurate.
Netfreez does not endorse any websites that may be accessed through our own website. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that any websites accessed through the Netfreez website is free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or anything else that may damage computer software/hardware.
Profanity and obscenity will not be tolerated by Netfreez. Any infraction of this rule is grounds for being banned from doing business with Netfreez.
Netfreez will not be liable for any damages incurred through use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, lost data or programs, and software damage.
Netfreez is not responsible for the security practices of websites that can be linked through our website.
