Product Return Guidelines
Our partnership with some of the global giant distributors allows us to carefully select the merchandise provided to our customers. This allows us to market products that we can vouch for by providing a 15 day Netfreez guarantee and extending full manufacturers warranty to you depending on the brand name product. In order for us to minimize processing times of returns/refunds, we ask you to read below our Return Policy. If you find something unclear, please make sure to contact us via our contact page.

Product Return Procedure

  • It is not necessary to call Netfreez.com to get authorization for a return. To minimize processing time on our behalf, we ask you to submit a quick and simple return authorization request via our RMA Request Form.
  • Our restocking fee for returns varies from product to product, generally our restocking fee will be around 20%. Certain products such as cpu's, memory cards and motherboards may be assessed a higher restocking fee depending on present market value.
  • On all returns we will send an email to the original purchaser verifying the return and credit amount.
  • Return any damaged part to us within 15 days of the original ship date and we’ll refund the full purchase price and applicable taxes, not including shipping and handling charges. For exceptions to shipping and handling charges, please see below.
  • Netfreez.com will only apply credit to the credit card originally used for the purchase. We will not give retail store credit.
  • Exact replacements can only be given for a defective part you received, a warranty part still under full coverage, a part damaged in shipping or a part sent in error.
  • We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part on all computer peripherals and consumer electronics. Orders for cellular accessories will be processed with an immediate replacement
  • We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns.
  • Items incorrectly shipped to Netfreez.com will not be returned to the customer.
  • Any part returned will be subject to inspection to determine refund amount for merchandise and shipping costs. This amount may be less than original payment based on condition of return.  

Defective Merchandise Guidelines

If you have been inconvenienced by receiving a product that was damaged in shipping, received defective or sent in error:

  • We will provide a replacement or refund for any such item returned within 15 days of the original ship date. We must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the shipment.
  • Any defective part you receive is covered under manufacturers warranty.
  • If you choose a refund for the part, we will refund your shipping and handling expenses for a part sent to you in error, received defective or damaged in shipping. This refund will be automatically credited upon receipt and inspection of the part. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated.
  • If you choose to exchange the part for a duplicate, you will not be responsible for the shipping and handling charges on the replacement part. Shipping and handling charges on the original part will be applied to the replacement; they will not be refunded.
  • We will also pay for return shipping to Netfreez.com for a part sent to you in error, received defective or damaged in shipping. If you believe you qualify and want Netfreez.com to pay for return shipping, you must contact us before attempting to return the part. C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) shipments will not be accepted.
  • If you indicate "Exchange Merchandise" (exact same item) on a shipped return, a replacement order will be automatically generated to ship to the address of the original order.

Return Merchandise to Netfreez

Please read the following procedures below prior to shipping the part back to Netfreez.

    1. Merchandise (non-warranty) must be in original condition when returned to us. Include all original material sent with the merchandise.

    2. Return the product in the original manufacturer’s box and/or packaging. Repack the part in the original shipping box with the original packing materials and any materials sent with the merchandise. Substitute comparable shipping materials if necessary.

    3. Address the package to location provided in the email.

    4. Remove or mark through all old shipping labels on the outside of the box to eliminate confusion with the carrier.

    5. Ship to the address on the prepaid return label using UPS, FedEX, the U.S. Postal Service or a similar carrier. All returns must be sent prepaid; no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Please insure the shipment for the full value to protect against loss.

    6. Upon receipt and inspection of merchandise, Netfreez will provide a refund, and a receipt will be emailed to you. Any merchandise credit will include sales tax. Shipping and handling costs will also be refunded at that time, if applicable.

How to Return a Product without the Receipt

The packing list included with your order is needed to proceed with the return of an order, here are some ways to obtain it:

  • Go to the the My Account section of our website for help in gathering the relevant information. You will be guided through the process to print out a Return Invoice or you may write down the required information.
  • By sending a simple information request via our contact page, we will forward you all necessary documentation.

The following information is required to effectively and rapidly proceed with a return:

    1. Full Name

    2. Company Name (if applicable)

    3. Order Email Address

    4. Telephone Number

    5. Order Number

    6. Order Date
