RMA Guidelines
Before you request a return authorization for your product, please make sure you review our return policy.

Fill out all fields otherwise we will not be able to process your Merchandise Return Authorization.

If you are having difficulties locating your order number, please log-on to your Netfreez account and find out the order number. If the order was placed through Google Checkout, use your Google order number. In the event that you have questions about the return process, please make sure to contact us before submitting a RMA request.
